Spring has arrived and the cleaning that goes with it!

Wash away the winter blues with a proper window cleaning!  Mom always said "When cleaning the house, make the bed and wash the windows."  Right she was!  Clean windows make such a big difference to the overall cleanliness of your home and you'll be surprised just how much the view is improved.  A professional window clean allows you to keep your feet on the ground  while I handle the dirty and dangerous part of providing a streak free shine.  Moreover,  I can accomplish what might take you all day in 3 or 4 hours.

I'll arrive during a short and predetermined window to wash the interior, exterior or both of your windows and doors.  I'm flexible on timing and can start inside or out depending on your needs.  I'll have everything I need (except maybe some water).  You needn't move furniture away from the windows, unless you have a grand piano or something, I can move and/or work around just about everything.  I have separate shoes for inside and outside, so I won't be tracking anything through the house.  The typical home takes around 4 hours total, give or take, unless you have an exceptionally large/complicated or small home.  If you have divided light (sometimes known as French) windows, storm windows, stained glass or something else unusual, we can discuss that.  I use hand tools (washer, squeegee, and towels) along with a ladder to clean and dry everything.

If you received a flyer, I live close by and am familiar with your neighborhood.  I've been washing houses just like yours for 18 years now! You can be confident that you are in very capable and experienced hands.  I'll be working in your neighborhood during the time specified but can certainly find another spot on the calendar if those dates don't work for you.

My name is Ryan, I'm a Colorado native and I've been washing windows for 18 years now.  I studied philosophy in college (hence the window washing), and took a summer job washing windows. It turned into something I really enjoy as I got to know the people.  The scenery changes every day, I often listen to books on tape or podcasts while I work, I get to be outside, and at the end of the day, my job is done.  

After working for a larger company, I established, owned and operated Does Do Windows in Broomfield over the last decade. The customers I serviced there became friends and I very much treasure the rapport I built with them over the years.  Our family grew last year so we moved here to beautiful Fort Collins to be closer to grandma and grandpa.  Now that we're here, I'd be so pleased to offer my services to my neighbors as I hopefully ingratiate myself with the community.  I have many reccomendations on nextdoor from my previous company and would be happy to provide references upon request.

What you really need to know is that I'm insured, I show up on time, I do a great job, and I charge an honest price.

If you've had your windows done before or if you've shopped around a bit, you'll find my prices to be competitive if not on the low side. The pricing stated on your flyer is accurate for the interior and exterior glass of your home, with an additional charge if you have a walkout basement.  If you'd like the screens and tracks cleaned, it's an additional 2 dollars per window and usually adds somewhere between 30 and 60 dollars total.
